We’re working on getting your Coldy merch to you faster than the speed of light (well, almost)! Expect your delivery within 5-7 business days after you place your order, no matter where you are in India.

If something’s not right and you need to return or exchange, no worries! You’ve got 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Just make sure it’s unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Shoot us a message at hello@thecoldyproject.in or text us on WhatsApp at +917405312311, and we’ll guide you through it.

If your order didn’t arrive the way you expected it (damaged, defective, or incorrect), let us know ASAP! We’ve got 10 days from the date of delivery to sort it out and make it right. Drop us a line at hello@thecoldyproject.in.

Once we’ve checked out your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If all is good, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take a little extra time for your bank to post the refund.
